So the Hefe has slowed considerably and looks to be finishing up. I'll check again tomorrow and then start testing the gravity.
Amber is still purculating.
Have enough bottles for the Hefe and I have a large supply upstate for the amber. Thanks to all who helped empty the full bottles to provide the empties!!
