So here is the info on the Amber Ale.
6.6 lbs of Amber LME
6oz of Crystal 10 L Malt
6oz of Crystal 120 L Malt
1oz of Centennial (bittering)
1oz of Cascade (flavoring)
Safale Us-05 yeast
we will also use a whirlfloc tablet for clarification
We steep the grains for 30 min at 155
Add 1/2 of bittering at start of boil.
Add 1/2 bittering after 20 minutes
Add 1/2 flavoring 15 minutes before boil end
Add 1/2 flavoring at end of boil.
