Hop Seminar this weekend
Going to a Hop seminar this weekend... I'll report back on all the cool hop growing, harvesting and processing info. PLUS...NY (and other states) are working on a farm brewery bill. If you grow the ingredients for the beer you get fast tracked to brewery licensing....more later.
